Damaged or Defective Item
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, please use our contact us form to notify us. We will send you via email or US Postal Service a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item at no cost. Upon receipt of the item, we will replace it free of charge.

Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item you receive you may exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
