All online purchases shipped to the Domestic United States will receive FREE USPS First Class Shipping (approximately 3 business days)
Expedited Shipping available at the following costs:
$18 UPS 2nd Day Air (Insurance Provided, Signature Required)
$35 UPS Next Day Air (Insurance Provided, Signature Required)
Orders $750 +

**Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe is not responsible for delays in shipping due to carrier services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and post marked 30 days from day of receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount refunded.
Refunds are available for online purchases ONLY.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Special Order Engagement Rings/Loose Diamonds and Special Order Wedding Bands
We do not offer returns on special order engagement rings and loose diamonds or special order wedding bands. These items will only be eligible for an exchange. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Shipping Your Return

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable purchases as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
